All goods remain the property of Mattress Net until such time that they are paid for in full

Orders placed must be paid in full BEFORE ANY GOODS WILL BE RELEASED FOR DELIVERY. Payments must reflect on our account.

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that the order will be delivered within the discussed delivery time, Mattress Net will not be held responsible for delays caused by the suppliers.

Should the client wish to cancel the order, this is to done within 24 HOURS IN WRITING with Mattress Net acknowledging receipt thereof. (Website Submission acceptable)

Any order cancelled AFTER THE 24 HOURS will be liable to forgo the 30% of the amount paid.
Product flaws or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All reasonable efforts will be made to repair/replace flawed or defective products.

All delivery fees are for the delivery of products and include placement (and assembly if necessary).

In the event of customers forgoing the delivery option and collecting from Sleep Net the following will apply:

• Full payment must be received prior to collection

• Goods must be collected within 7 days of notification
