Distances & Charges:
All delivery charges are calculated based on:
The size of the order
The distance travelled
The starting price for goods of 5 beds or less within our
immediate area, is R150, and increases from there, unless
discussed or arranged otherwise.
Time:
We will ensure that with each order placed through Mattress Net,
within the Gauteng region, that all goods are delivered within 3 -
14 days, depending on stock availability and the lead time from
our warehouse. Should a problem arise with a particular order, the
client will be notified well within time to try and arrange an
alternative solution or proposition.
Insurance of goods in transit:
All goods being dispatched for delivery are covered by this
effect. Should a problem arise with regards to damage in transit,
all goods will be replaced, and any delays minimized after
notification of the situation to our client.
Collection of orders:
Collection of goods can be arranged with prior arrangement with
management. In this case, all payments must have been cleared,
authorized and reflected on our accounts before any goods will be
released. Once items have been signed for, they are no longer the
responsibility of MattressNet.
